Availability

Winsome Gifts creates unique items and therefore does not guarantee that all products pictured are available for immediate shipment or delivery. Winsome Gifts' e-Store is updated on a regular basis, however, due to the uniqueness of each item, an "in stock" item may be ordered by more than one buyer or as multiple item order. Should such event happen, Winsome Gifts will treat the second order as a "custom order" and will attempt to produce a similar design "as pictured". Every effort will be made to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, however, Winsome Gifts does not guarantee that the vase, base, frame, etc. or some specific flowers or components will be identical. Pictures of sold items will remain in each category as gallery snapshots and will serve as a display for custom orders.

Payment for custom items

All custom orders should use "Custom Order" form with buyer's specific information and unique  features selection. After Custom Order form is received Winsome Gifts will estimate materials and workmanship required and e-mail a price estimate to the potential buyer . When buyer agrees to purchase such item and confirms the order via e-mail the custom item information will be uploaded to the e-Store and buyer will pay for the item securely via e-Store (direct link will be provided). Buyer may chose to supply his/her credit card information directly to Winsome Gifts avoiding logon to the e-Store, however, Winsome Gifts can not guarantee the security of buyer's e-mail server and therefore buyer's information.

Payment for "in stock" items

When ordering via the internet and through our "shopping cart" system, buyer should be using a credit card in order to complete transaction. At the time the order is placed, the credit card transaction will be verified, authorized, and completed via a secured server.

Returns and Credits

Returned purchases will be refunded in full in the form of an e-Store credit (less shipping and handling charges). Refunds for unfulfilled orders will be made in full.

No refunds, returns or credits will be issued for items returned damaged or incomplete^*. Buyer must request an RMA number from Winsome Gifts before returning any item.
